  • 2010 Budget still unknown
  • Sewer and Water expense discussed. Town or Library expense?
  • Library Director’s report
Director’s report presented and accepted
  • Gauges have been replaced on the oil tanks and deliveries are now on a 2 week schedule.
  • Locksmith came and fixed the broken locks. Still waiting to get the locks re-keyed
               Director’s to do list:
  • Call about humidity problem
  • Discuss with the corrections work crew leader to get them here earlier next year

  • Adopt-a-book program in Dec. brought in $173.00
  • Old Business
  • Library personnel vacation time discussed. How to distribute vacation/sick time: library verses/ town hall policy. Library now on town policy of vacation/ sicks leave. Nancy Torres will make the changes.
  • CIP update. Portico is under control and safe as an emergency exit. Kendall has been paid.
  • CIP meeting set for Jan. 12
  • Portable generator  for this year, permanent generator for next year
  • Discussed how to let people know when the library is closed to the weather

  • Sewer discussed [installation charges for new line with addition]
Library will be closed the first Friday of Feb. to get the floors done
